I just returned from San Diego this week. I had a really great time, and was able to show my work to a few editors, and drop off some samples with others. I also was able to show some of my work to Tim Bradstreet, Adam Hughes, and Todd MacFarlane. They were great to talk to. They all seemed to like my work and had some very good suggestions which I will definitely keep in while I draw. If you can't come away with actual work from San Diego (which is unlikely), coming away with good suggestions to to improve your pages is a close second.

   I was also able to get a good response from Neil Googe from Comix Comix. He's a very cool guy to talk to. They are a small company, but they have four solid books. The styles of each book are quite different, but the quality is high. Most of the Artists are from England, and they will be setting up shop in the States soon. I wish them the best of luck.
